Workshops
Our workshops help business families, ownership groups, and leadership teams make decisions that matter.
We focus on the tough, high‑impact areas: communication, governance, ownership structures, leadership transition, and financial clarity. Each session is designed to surface important issues sooner, address them intentionally, and support sound decision-making.
We use guided conversations and practical, proven frameworks to help groups build clarity, alignment, and the confidence to move forward.
This workshop guides families through the preparation for a successful leadership and ownership transition, focusing beyond legal paperwork to emotional, management, and structural aspects. It provides a shared language and understanding of transition readiness to maintain harmony, minimize conflict, and sustain the enterprise long-term by turning complex
discussions into a clear path forward.
This workshop provides families with a clear introduction to Family Enterprise Governance. You
will learn what family governance is, why it matters, and how governance structures can support communication and decision‑making across the family, business, wealth, and philanthropy spheres. It is designed for families to learn together, ideally with representation from multiple generations.
This workshop introduces families to the core concepts, behaviours, and financial literacy skills necessary for multigenerational financial success. Exploring personal values, the workshop helps families articulate a shared wealth philosophy and develop clear principles for making financial decisions, accessing capital, and choosing strategies and tools to support both family and individual goals.
