Governance, while leaning heavily on his comprehensive knowledge in Canadian Tax Advisory. With over a decade of experience working with family enterprises across Canada, Ryan has learned that the role of an advisor goes beyond business solutions. By approaching families with empathy and understanding, he co-develops enduring strategies that strengthen both their businesses and their family bonds.

Ryan has developed a speciality in advising families through significant life events that not only have a tax implication but that impact both the personal and business lives of his clients. This includes estate planning, business continuity planning, family loss, and divorce. His holistic approach ensures a full
understanding of the unique goals and values of each family enterprise, providing tailored guidance and support for their success.

Outside of work, Ryan is a proud father of four, an avid golfer, a supporter of local businesses, and a firm believer in 

continuous learning. He also serves as a facilitator for CPA Canada's In-depth Tax program.
